At RAM Actio, we understand that trust is the foundation of any successful command structure. This Privacy Policy describes how RAM Actio (collectively, "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") collect, protect, and use the information provided by candidates, clients, and visitors to our site.

1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us through our candidate intake forms, contact forms, and strategic consultations. This includes:

Narrative Data: Biographical highlights, public service history, personal anecdotes, and "limp" stories that define your character.

Strategic Data: Core values, political priorities, tactical landscape details, and opposition research.

Visual Assets: Logos, headshots, and brand preferences.

Digital Data: Social media handles, website domains, and contact information.

2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used exclusively to build the infrastructure of your success. Specifically:

To develop your Incident Action Plan (IAP) and campaign strategy.

To produce media assets through Molsy Media LLC.

To manage Government Affairs and PAC operations.

To ensure your "Front Office" decisions are grounded in the reality of your "Frontline" experience.

3. Data Confidentiality & The "Command" Rule
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or strategic information to third parties. Access to your sensitive narrative and tactical data is restricted to the "Command" and "Planning" sections of RAM Actio.

Operational Necessity: We only share specific data with third-party vendors (e.g., printers for signs, SMS broadcasters) when it is strictly necessary to execute a task in your campaign plan.

Internal Firewalls: Information provided to RAM Actio for strategic purposes is kept separate from other business interests to prevent any conflict of interest.

4. Security of Information
We implement "Command-level" security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of the data under our control. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage candidates to exercise discretion when sharing highly sensitive personal history.

5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your campaign or project is "active" within our system. Upon "Demobilization" (the conclusion of our engagement), your strategic data will be archived or destroyed according to the terms of your specific service agreement.

6. Your Rights
You have the right to review, update, or request the deletion of the information you have provided to us at any time. To do so, please contact your designated Operations Chief or use the contact information provided on our website.

7. Changes to This Policy
As we scale our operations and refine our tactics, we may update this policy. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
