RAM Actio provides the infrastructure, strategy, and "battle rattle" necessary for a high-stakes campaign. However, the "Front Office" of politics is subject to the whims of the electorate and the shifts of the legislative wind.

Elections: We do not, and cannot, guarantee the outcome of any election.

Legislation: We do not, and cannot, guarantee the passage, defeat, or modification of any bill, ordinance, or policy.

Your engagement with RAM Actio is a commitment to the process and the strategy, not a purchase of a specific political result.

Refund Policy: All Sales Final

Due to the immediate allocation of resources, strategic planning time, and media production costs:

All payments are final. Once a "Section Chief" is activated and resources are mobilized, no refunds will be issued.

A-la-Carte Services: Payments for specific physical or digital assets (e.g., sign orders, SMS broadcasts, media production) are non-refundable once the order has been processed or the design work has commenced.

Retainers: Monthly retainers for campaign management or government affairs are earned upon receipt to ensure the "Stand-by" readiness of our team.
