RAM Actio provides political consulting, campaign management, government affairs advocacy, and PAC management services. All services are provided on a "best efforts" basis.
No Guarantee of Results: While we apply rigorous strategic command and high-level tactics, RAM Actio makes no guarantee regarding election outcomes, legislative passage, or specific political results.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including but not limited to strategy frameworks, Position Task Books (PTBs), logos, graphics, and text—is the exclusive property of RAM Actio.
Limited License: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view the site content for informational purposes. You may not reproduce, "scrape," or redistribute our strategic materials without express written consent.
3. Client Obligations & Intake
Candidates and clients engaging with RAM Actio must provide accurate, truthful, and timely information via our intake forms.
Messaging Guardrails: RAM Actio is not liable for outcomes resulting from information withheld by the client, specifically regarding personal history, policy positions, or legal standing.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall RAM Actio, its owners, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or the outcome of a political campaign. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
5. Compliance with Election Laws
RAM Actio operates in strict accordance with the Texas Ethics Commission (TEC) and Federal Election Commission (FEC) regulations.
PAC Management: Clients utilizing PAC management services are responsible for providing all necessary financial data for timely reporting. RAM Actio is not liable for fines incurred due to client delays in data submission.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Bell County, Texas.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate our services or access to this website at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the brand integrity of RAM Actio.
